Your Role

As a RŌ Ambassador, you represent the brand on the ground:

  • Introducing RŌ to retailers, outfitters, and partners
  • Opening doors in your local market
  • Supporting the growth of a responsible outdoor brand

Earnings Structure

Retail Introduction Commission

Earn up to 2.5% on all net sales generated from retail partners you introduce.

Tiered Model

Tier Criteria Commission

  • Explorer First successful partner 1.5%
  • Pathfinder2–4 active partners 2.0%
  • Trailblazer 5+ partners or £50k+ annual sales 2.5%

What Qualifies as an Introduction

An introduction is considered successful when:

  • You connect RŌ directly with a retail partner
  • The partner opens an account
  • The partner places their first order within 90 days

Commission Terms

  • Paid on net invoiced sales (excluding VAT and returns)
  • Paid quarterly
  • Valid for up to 36 months from first order

Performance Incentives

  • First partner onboarded → £100 bonus
  • Three partners onboarded → £250 bonus
  • Five or more partners → £500 bonus

Example

Introduce 3 retail partners:

  • Each order £40,000 annually
  • Total = £120,000
  • At 2.5% → £3,000 per year (for up to 36 months)
